Chicken Fillet with Barbecue Sauce

  • 4 pieces fresh chicken breast or frozen chicken fillet
  • ¾ cup barbecue sauce (or as desired)
  • 4 fresh cobs of corn
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into medium-sized pieces
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the chicken fillet into two pieces each.
  2. Add the barbecue sauce to the chicken and put aside for half hour.
  3. Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into two pieces each.
  4. Peel, wash, and cut the cobs of corn into medium-sized pieces.
  5. Wash the tomatoes then mix all vegetables.
  6. Add olive oil, salt, and one tablespoon of barbecue sauce.
  7. Cover each piece of the vegetables to be ready for grilling.
  8. Fire up the grill. Place the chicken and turn it until it becomes golden.
  9. Place each of the vegetables on the grill until cooked.
