Chicken Hearts

  • 400-600g chicken hearts
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  1. Combine some of the chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and one spoon of olive oil.
  2. Add the chicken hearts, and leave for 2-3 hours.
  3. Cut the onion into slices. Place them in a bowl. Add garlic and two tablespoons of olive oil, and turn on medium heat until the onion is soft.
  4. Add the chicken hearts and keep on medium heat for nearly 10 minutes.
  5. To have a tender taste, do not overcook.
